Every treatment at Luxe by Jay begins with a consultation. This is not a formality. It is the most important part of the process.
My consultations are free, completely private and come with absolutely no obligation to book. They are a chance for you to talk openly about your concerns, ask every question you have and leave with a clear, honest picture of what treatment can offer you — and what it cannot.
I believe that the best results come from taking time. Time to listen properly, to assess your face or skin as a whole, to understand what matters most to you and to give you advice that is genuinely in your interest rather than geared towards selling a treatment. I will never recommend something you do not need, and I will always tell you if I think treatment is not the right choice for you right now.
At your consultation I will discuss your areas of concern, assess the relevant anatomy or skin condition, explain the treatment options available and answer any questions about what to expect, including downtime, results, longevity and cost. You are welcome to come with questions written down and there is no such thing as a question I have not heard before.

Consultations are available Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm, at my private clinic on Glastonbury Avenue, Lowton,WA3 1ET — conveniently located between Manchester and Warrington.

Book your consultation
Choose a time that suits you Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 4pm. New clients can use the code FIRSTLUXE at booking for 20% off their first treatment.
Arrive and settle in
My clinic is a private, relaxed environment. There is no clinical waiting room and no rush. You will have my full attention from the moment you arrive.
Tell me what is on your mind
I start by simply listening. Whether you have one specific concern or a general sense that something has changed and you are not sure where to start, this is your time to talk.
Assessment
I assess the relevant areas carefully and consider your face or skin as a whole, not just the individual concern you have mentioned.
Honest recommendations
I explain exactly what I see, what the options are and what I genuinely recommend. If I do not think treatment is right for you at this stage I will tell you that clearly.
Your questions
There is always time for questions. No question is too basic, too detailed or too personal for this space.
Your plan
You leave with a clear understanding of your options and a treatment plan if you would like one, with no pressure to make any decisions on the day.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes, completely. There is no charge and no obligation to book any treatment afterwards.
Will I feel pressured to book something?
No. I take a lot of pride in the fact that my clients come back because they trust me, not because they felt pushed into something. If treatment is not right for you right now, I will tell you.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, absolutely. Many clients prefer to bring a friend or family member for support and you are very welcome to do so.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. If you have had previous treatments elsewhere that are relevant to your concerns, any information you have about what was done and when is useful but not essential.
Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
In some cases, yes. If we have discussed a straightforward treatment during your consultation and you are happy to proceed, it is sometimes possible to carry this out on the same day depending on availability.
How do I use the FIRSTLUXE discount?
