It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3 to 4 months. Dermal fillers last anywhere from 9 to 18 months depending on the area and product used. Skin boosters are recommended as a course and then maintained. I'll always discuss timelines and what to expect during your consultation.

Natural looking results are my entire philosophy. My ethos is "subtle over obvious, long-term results not trends." I'm not here to make you look like someone else or chase a trend. For fillers and anti-wrinkle: avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand and stop blood-thinning supplements like fish oil or vitamin E a few days before if possible (always check with your GP first). Come with a clean face, no heavy makeup. I'll send you full aftercare and prep information when you book.

After anti-wrinkle: avoid touching the area, lying flat, or exercising heavily for 4 hours. After filler: avoid extreme heat (saunas, sunbeds), alcohol, and strenuous exercise for 24 to 48 hours. I'll provide full written aftercare instructions for every treatment and I'm always available if you have concerns.

Anti-wrinkle results start to appear at around 3 to 5 days and are fully settled by 2 weeks. Filler results are immediate but settle fully over 2 to 4 weeks as any swelling resolves and the product integrates. Skin boosters and PRP improve gradually over 4 to 8 weeks as collagen is stimulated.

Communication is everything. If you have concerns at any point, contact me and I'll discuss it with you. Many concerns in the first couple of weeks are normal settling, but if something genuinely isn't right, I'll address it. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if needed. I'd always rather you came back to talk than felt unhappy in silence.
