What to Expect
Consultation and skin check
I assess your skin and confirm the treatment plan before beginning. If you have used any prescription retinoids or acids recently, please let me know at this stage.
Cleanse and degrease
Your skin is thoroughly cleansed and degreased to ensure maximum absorption of the BioRePeel solution.
BioRePeel application
The resurfacing solution is applied to the skin in a series of passes and massaged in using a specific technique. You may feel a mild tingling or warming sensation during this phase.
Active phase
The formula is left to work for a set period, allowing the acid and biostimulating components to penetrate and begin the resurfacing and renewal process.
Neutralise and remove
The treatment is neutralised and removed, leaving the skin prepped and ready for the nourishing finishing stage.
Soothing and protective finish
A calming serum and SPF are applied to protect and support your skin immediately after treatment.
Aftercare guidance
I talk you through everything you need to know for the days following treatment, including what to avoid and how to support your skin's recovery and results.

Will my skin peel?
Light flaking or shedding is possible for two to five days after treatment, particularly if this is your first session. This is the resurfacing process working. It is mild and manageable for most clients.
Does it hurt?
Most clients experience a mild tingling or warming sensation during treatment. It is not painful. The sensation settles quickly once the solution is removed.
Can I wear makeup after?
I recommend keeping the skin free of makeup for at least 24 hours. From the following morning, a mineral SPF should be your first step before anything else.
How many sessions do I need?
A single session delivers a visible result. For more significant concerns such as pigmentation or texture, a course of three sessions spaced three to four weeks apart is recommended.
Is this different from a regular peel?
Yes. BioRePeel is a biphasic formula, meaning it works on two levels at once. It resurfaces the outer skin layer while biostimulating ingredients work deeper to support collagen and long-term skin health. It is significantly more advanced than a standard superficial peel.
Can I combine this with other treatments?
Yes, in many cases. At your consultation I will advise on the best combination and timing based on your skin goals and current skin condition.
