By using this website or booking a treatment with Luxe by Jay, you agree to the following terms.

About Luxe by Jay

Luxe by Jay is a private aesthetic clinic operated by Jay, based at Glastonbury Avenue, Lowton, WA3 1ET. All treatments are carried out by appointment only.

Bookings and appointments

All bookings are subject to availability. I reserve the right to decline a booking at my discretion.

A consultation will always take place before any treatment is carried out. This is to ensure the treatment is appropriate and safe for you. You are under no obligation to proceed with any treatment following a consultation.

I ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rescheduled your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

New client discount

The code FIRSTLUXE entitles new clients to 20% off their first treatment. This code is valid for one use per person and cannot be combined with any other offer.

Results and expectations

Aesthetic treatments produce different results for different people. While I always aim for natural looking results, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. We will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation.

Medical suitability

It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical history, medications, allergies, or conditions prior to treatment. Withholding this information may affect your safety and the suitability of your treatment. I reserve the right to decline treatment if I feel it is not safe or appropriate for you.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please contact me directly in the first instance so I can do my best to resolve it.
